Kindling Cannabis - Port Credit Location will be hosting walk-in interviews on **September 30, 2024 from 12 pm - 3 pm** **at 251 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga**.

**Kindling Cannabis is hiring for the following roles**:

- Keyleads
- Delivery Drivers (On Call)

**DELIVERY DRIVER**
x 7-10 positions open
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Perform 1-hour on demand delivery from the store to a roughly 20km radius
- Be a wiz in the city when it comes to navigating
- Greet customers and check ID for 19+ years of age and for customer name verification
- Create a friendly experience delivering to customers on time
- **Requirements**:_
- 19+ years of age
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Own a reliable vehicle (car, moped, electric scooter are all acceptable as long as they’re reliable)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid CannSell Certificate
- Cannabis knowledge and/or willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Good energy to contribute to the good vibes
- **Experience**:_
- Delivery driver, Courier experience or skilled driver is an asset
- Customer service (preferred)
- Cannabis delivery experience is an asset

**Job Type**:Freelance, Independent Contractor

**Pay**:

- 50 Cent/km travelled till the delivery location
- $4 commission per successful completed delivery
- 100% tips

**Expected hours**: 20 - 40 per week

**KEYLEAD**

- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Greet customers and check ID for 19+ years of age and for customer name verification
- Create a friendly, education experience delivering to customers on time
- Verify and prepare orders for in-store and delivery
- Mission Control for Drivers delivering orders
- Assist in inventory management
- Daily cleaning for a safe, fresh and appealing environment
- **Requirements**:_
- 19+ years of age
- 2 years of retail experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid CannSell Certificate
- Cannabis knowledge is an asset but willing to learn is a non-negotiable
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work as a team at all times to assist each other when needed
- Retail experience is an asset
- Good energy to contribute to the good vibes
- **Experience**:_
- Customer service (preferred)
- Cannabis retail experience is an asset
- Inventory or stocking of a retail store is an asset
- Cashier experience or sales positions is an asset

**Job Type**:Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
