Kindling Cannabis is a legal cannabis retail store opening in 251 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga ON early October 2024 We aim to have a welcoming and comfortable environment for our team and customers. We offer one of the most convenient free 1-hour delivery systems for our customers in the Mississauga and surrounding area.

**Job Description**:
Kindling Cannabis is looking for a part time key lead (10-30 hours/week). Our Key leads are the vibes leader at the hub and mission control for our delivery drivers on the road. Working in partnership with the Store Manager and Operations Manager, you will be accountable for leading and supervising daily operations and achieving business goals. You will set the tone, by demonstrating expert knowledge, deliver an excellent educational customer experience, driving sales and upholding regulation compliance.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and check ID for 19+ years of age and for customers name verification
- Create a friendly, educational experience to customers in a timely manner
- Verify and prepare orders in store
- Assist in inventory management
- Daily cleaning for a safe, fresh and appealing environment

**Requirements**:

- 19+ years of age
- 2 years of retail experience (Cannabis retail experience is a bonus)
- Able to pass a background check
- Valid Cansell Certificate or ability to obtain before start date
- Cannabis knowledge is an asset
- Background and passion through regulated or non regular markets
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a team at all times to assist each other when needed
