**Overview**

**Duties**
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to visualize data effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Utilize SQL for database querying and management, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct business analysis to understand operational needs and recommend solutions based on data findings.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input on data requirements for new systems or enhancements.
- Design databases that support efficient data storage and retrieval processes.
- Implement automation solutions using VBA or Python to streamline reporting processes.
- Document processes and workflows using Visio for clear communication of analytical methods.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in SQL for database querying; experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Experience in project management methodologies, particularly Agile, to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar for data visualization.
- Understanding of database design principles to ensure optimal performance of data systems.
- Experience with Bash (Unix shell) for scripting tasks related to data processing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
