**Job Title**: Marketing Project Coordinator (1-Month Contract)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Trade Show Coordination**:

- Plan and manage logistics for two major trade shows: one in Toronto (28th-30th) and another in London (24th).
- Coordinate the ordering and setup of trade show booths, tables, chairs, and branded promotional materials.
- Ensure the booth setup aligns with company branding and creates a strong visual impact.
- Work closely with senior leadership to support their participation at trade shows.
- **Vendor and Graphic Design Oversight**:

- Manage external vendors responsible for graphic design, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Oversee the production and distribution of branded swag, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Ensure all design elements, from booth graphics to printed materials, are completed on time.
- **Website Development Management**:

- Oversee the finalization of one website and the ongoing development of another for the company.
- Collaborate with the website development team to ensure the site aligns with the brand and meets deadlines.
- **Marketing and Branding Execution**:

- Lead the rollout of new marketing materials, ensuring smooth production and timely delivery.
- Maintain consistency across all branding efforts, including website updates and trade show collateral.
- Monitor project progress and manage deliverables to ensure all initiatives are completed on schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing marketing projects, including trade shows, branding, and vendor coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for working with external vendors, internal teams, and leadership.
- Experience in overseeing website development projects is an asset.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.

**Pay Rate**:

- **$27 to $32 per hour**, based on experience and qualifications.
