Reporting to the Guest Experience Director, the Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional service to the hotel's guests. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking information about the hotel, local activities, restaurants, and tourist attractions. You will also assist clients in arranging restaurant reservations, city tours, theater tickets, and any other special requests they may have.

**Job Duties**:

- Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner and ensure their requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation, and rates.
- Offer suggestions for restaurants, tourist sites, local events, and activities based on clients' preferences.
- Assist clients in arranging restaurant reservations, city tours, theater tickets, and any other special requests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure superior customer service.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel and its location to provide accurate information to clients.
- Provide personalized concierge services based on individual client needs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma in hotel management is an asset.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Team player.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the region and local attractions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

**Languages**:Bilingualism (French and English), both orally and in writing, is required for this position as we serve an international clientele.
