**Role Overview**:
The DevOps/Automated Testing Expert will be responsible for establishing automated testing processes and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance the reliability and efficiency of software development and deployment workflows.

**Qualifications and Expertise**:

- ** Experience**:

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on automated testing frameworks and implementing CI/CD pipelines, particularly in public-sector or regulated environments.
- ** Technical Expertise**:

- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for automated provisioning of environments.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Docker and Kubernetes.
- ** Skills**:

- Advanced debugging and troubleshooting abilities to ensure the stability of CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk, Tenable) to implement real-time system monitoring and alerts.
- Collaborative mindset, promoting cross-functional DevOps practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- ** Certifications (preferred)**:

- OpenShift
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification for testing.
