**SUMMARY**: Pursuit Aerospace specializes in the manufacturing of complex fabrication and precision machined components for gas turbine engines. We serve customers around the world in commercial and military aviation, power generation, the marine industry, rotary wing, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Perform installation of PC hardware and software.

Perform onboarding and deboarding duties for end users

Assist in network and hardware troubleshooting.

Assist in performing preventative maintenance and upgrades on servers.

Help to facilitate and participate in project related work.

Perform hands on tasks determined by the information systems staff.

Assist in updating user and technical documentation.

Perform administrative tasks on 3rd party software, such as ERP systems

Embrace I.T. shared services approach of supporting the entire business when applicable.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Energetic, organized, and detailed oriented.

Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-based environment

Ability to work Independently, with mínimal supervision.

Technically inclined in modern computer systems

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:
2+ years of experience working in I.T.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**:
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and follow work instruction especially regarding check lists.

Adept in writing technical solutions and providing helpdesk ticket updates in English.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

**REASONING ABILITY**:
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
