Responsible to assess, lead and implement business projects throughout the organization, including lean, continuous improvement, and other required initiatives. Ensure deployment activities are directly linked to the strategic and tactical objectives of the sub-region, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, and enabling breakthrough process design, changes and improvements. Diagram and evaluate new and existing processes while developing strong operating metrics to provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Drive and share re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product/experience quality while facilitating and factoring in outcomes of cost/benefit analysis. Provide strategic plan development and execution. Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects, programs and transformational activities to drive quality improvement and financial savings. Manage organization evolution, due diligence, integration and handoff to process owners with clear metrics/monitoring to ensure continued success. Implement global process improvement, preventive and corrective actions (CAPA), automation and insourcing/outsourcing, as applicable.

**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
- Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
- Measures performance against process requirements.
- Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
- May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
- Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
- Communicates team progress.
- Performs cost and benefit analyses.
- Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
- Develops metrics for all projects throughout the project life cycle to measure success at all stages, and operating mechanisms for sustainability in the aftermath of all projects undertaken

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Lean Sigma training/certification

**Nice to Have**
- Masters preferred
- Fluency - English/French
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
