**Cannabis Sales Associate**

The Puff Hutt Cannabis Dispensary is located on the Six Nations of the Grand River.

**Experience Requirements**:
We are looking for a highly motivated customer-oriented individual with proven experience working as a Budtender to join our team.

You will report to the Store Manager and Store Owner. As a Sales Associate, you will provide a high-quality customer experience. You must be knowledgable about cannabis, and you are up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry. Excellent customer service and sales is required.

We expect you to be an energetic team-player, proactive, and supportive to become a part of our successful team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting, welcoming, and servicing customers
- Recommending merchandise based on individual requirements while educating them about the products
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Multi-tasking to serve multiple customers at a time while delivering customer experience
- Maintaining store displays, merchandise, and inventory
- Supporting Store Manager on sales reporting, tracking, and merchandising
- Executing various store opening and closing tasks
- Maintaining the store appearance and atmosphere
- Keeping the store presentable, clean, and tidy at all times
- Performing all other duties and roles as assigned

**Job Requirements**:
Cannabis product knowledge: 2+ years

Retail sales/Customer service: 2+ years

Reliable transportation

Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays (Rotating Shifts)

Must be reliable and punctual

Must be 19+ years of age

**Employment Type**:

- Full-Time
- Must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, morning, and/or afternoon shifts

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (required)
- Cannabis Sales: 5 years (required)
