**We're Hiring: Smart Home Technician**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Security Alarm and Camera Systems**: Install and maintain security alarm and camera systems, ensuring they’re integrated with other smart home technologies for optimal protection.
- **Network Cabling & Wi-Fi Networks**: Design and install reliable, high-speed network cabling for smart home devices. Troubleshoot and optimize home Wi-Fi networks for maximum coverage and performance.
- **Multi-room Audio Systems**: Install and configure audio systems, creating seamless audio experiences throughout the home.
- **Home Theater Installations**: Rough-in, set up and calibrate home theater systems for optimal sound and visual quality.
- **Access Control Systems**: Install and maintain advanced access control solutions, including card readers, intercom systems, and smart locks.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system features and ensuring proper usage and functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with:

- Security alarm systems (DSC, Qolysys, Honeywell, etc.)
- Security camera systems (Hikvision, UniFi, Google Nest, etc.)
- CAT6 cabling and terminations
- Strong understanding of multi-room audio systems (Sonos is preferred).
- Experience with network cabling and network equipment such as Wi-Fi access points, network switches, and data racks.
- Knowledge of access control technologies (smart locks, door entry systems, and intercom systems).
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team of technicians.
- Strong ability to use power tools and hand tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Hold all required safety certificates.
- Must be dedicated, dependable, we pride ourselves on a high standard of quality.
