We are searching for a Route Driver at our Mississauga, Toronto, Canada Division. The role of Route Driver is to champion Leuco?s vision, goals, and culture in the designated market and in the assigned territory. This role will be responsible for existing account maintenance and delivery of service in the assigned territory.

**Specialized Responsibilities**
- Load and accurately inventory new tool and service orders at warehouse for delivery to customers.
- Safely and efficiently deliver/pick up customers new tool and service orders in a company-owned vehicle to customer sites according to established account instructions and for assigned routes and/or territory.
- Communicates with customers regularly and builds client rapport that results in a high service level and great client experience.
- Write up service orders and new tool orders at existing accounts
- Identify any concerns, feedback or needs at existing accounts while making route stops. Promptly communicate these discoveries to appropriate team member (Business Developer, Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, or Divisional Sales Manager).
- Work with Account Manager to manage customers? tooling inventory and/or other identified programs.

**Industry Specific responsibilities**
- Learn Leuco?s products, solutions, and market, to position yourself as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor in the industry.
- Identify account trends increase/decrease for route optimization

**General Responsibilities**
- Make ongoing route stops to deliver product to existing accounts
- Keep assigned vehicle clean, organized, and operating safely by scheduling vehicle for routine maintenance.
- Promptly report to supervisor any mechanical problems encountered with assigned vehicle or any other company-issued equipment.
- Obey all traffic laws and maintain a valid driver?s license in state where working.
- Follow all established safety, security, and transportation procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with customers and members of the public.
- Must be okay with occasional overnight stays bi-weekly
