We specialize in authentic dishes from both Northern and Southern Italy, paired with a refined wine list and classic cocktails. We take pride in offering exceptional service in an elegant, welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver warm, professional service to all guests in line with fine dining standards
- Exhibit expert knowledge of our food menu, including dishes from **Northern and Southern Italy**:

- Provide thoughtful wine and cocktail recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take and process orders accurately using POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, high-quality service
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails and bar beverages when required
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the dining area
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of serving experience in a fine dining environment**:

- **Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine** - able to discuss ingredients, preparation, and regional differences confidently
- **Familiarity with classic cocktails and basic bar service**:

- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Smart Serve certification (required)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Italian wines and wine pairing
- Experience with POS systems
- Second language (Italian or French) is an asset but not required
