**About the Role**:
Reporting to the CMO, you will be focused on member communications and strategies to increase member engagement and usage of our member benefits. A core differentiator for our business is our member benefits, this position would be responsible for continuously evaluating and optimizing the benefits offering and uptake by members. You will be responsible for building and implementing strategies to ensure the Charitable Impact goals are met each year. Understanding the voice of the customer and implementing strategies to increase member engagement is a core focus for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of the annual strategic marketing calendar, planning which includes member marketing driven and stakeholder driven activities.
- Work with key partners to ensure the appropriate tracking and reporting are setup to support the analysis of the performance of your marketing activities and progress towards meeting goals and targets.
- Evaluate members’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the member experience.
- Build member experience strategies and roadmap for all channels and implement.
- Identify key trends that influence consumer behaviour while creating and implementing strategies to capture the voice of the member.
- Maintain competitive and industry knowledge to ensure we are leveraging leading marketing strategies to accomplish our goals.
- Support our Sales and Distribution team with the preparation and delivery of communications and marketing collateral for advisors.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related field with a minimum of 3 years working in marketing strategy/digital marketing space (preferably in the financial services/insurance industry).
- Experience with different CRM’s and marketing automation toolsets (preferably HubSpot).
- An understanding of digital marketing compliance and privacy requirements and CASL.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation.
- Ability to transform data and insights into design and process optimizations.
- Ability to think creatively, produce creatively and work at both a hands on detailed level and a management level.
- Self-driven, able to take initiative and propose concepts/activities that would make a difference for our stakeholders or business partners.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to produce and sustain excellent results over a period of time.
- Positive, open-minded listener with solutions focus.
