**Job description**

**The Company**:
Our growth in recent years requires us to expand by adding a Marketing Assistant to the existing team in a full time capacity. Delivering a positive experience to clients is of high importance to our business and we are looking for someone to be that bright friendly face and voice that clients appreciate. A good working knowledge of investments, personal insurance or income tax would be a valuable asset. As part of our team, your main responsibilities will include:

- First point of contact for new and existing clients
- Advisor scheduling
- Organizing office and client events
- Client appreciation
- Scanning and filing
- Updating client records
- Assisting in developing customers into full service clients

**Expected Qualifications**:

- Well-developed communication skills and the desire to work closely with clients
- Computer literate and general competency with office equipment
- Exceptional organization and ability to multitask
- An aptitude for high ethical conduct and learning
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to input information clearly and consistently

**Compensation and Future Opportunities**:
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience and formal education. The opportunity to expand knowledge of the industry and acquire professional designations are encouraged outcomes.

**Salary**: $18.00-$27.17 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
