Windsor, Canada LAM NAIL SPA Full time

LAM NAIL SPA is seeking an experienced Nail & Eyelash Technician to join our team at our brand new salon located at 3750 Walker Rd, Windsor, Ontario. This is a full-time position with a commission-based compensation structure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and acrylic nails to the highest quality standards.
- Skillfully execute eyelash extensions, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety protocols.
- Actively engage in customer acquisition by leveraging your existing client network and actively seeking out new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive and relaxing experience at our spa.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and hygiene procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nail and eyelash trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Nail & Eyelash Technician, with expertise in manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, and eyelash extensions.
- A demonstrated portfolio of your work and satisfied clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
- Self-motivated and proactive in building and maintaining your client base.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards for the nail and beauty industry.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
- Must have the required certifications and licenses as per local regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $6,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
