**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and complete full cycle recruitment organization wide,
- Identify and engage passive talent,
- Research new/ trending recruitment and sourcing strategies/methods,
- Maintain an internal resume database,
- Research and identify relevant industry networking events to attend,
- Complete HR Analysis regarding performance, retention, and budget,
- Create and organize filing and tracking for the HR Department,
- Create and update company branding to aid with recruitment,
- Maintain and actively seek opportunities to improve the current positive workplace culture,
- Manage and conduct the employee on-boarding process,
- Assist with improving the current training program and maintaining it,
- Complete staff terminations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ work experience in recruiting required; prior recruitment experience in the Engineering industry is an asset,
- Previous experience with engaging passive talent,
- College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, or a related field,
- Familiarity with Boolean search strings is an asset,
- Strong communication skills are required,
- Strong relationship management skills are required,
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills,
- Attention to detail in all areas of work,
- Strong work ethic,
- Self-starter.

This position is full time and located in Scarborough, ON. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
