HR Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage talent engagement and retention, supporting staff in identifying professional development opportunities.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and performance appraisals by training managers in employee coaching.
- Enforce management guidelines through HR policies, procedures, and reports as needed.
- Foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture emphasizing empowerment, continuous improvement, and standards.
- Prepare and monitor the annual HR budget, covering staff costs, recruitment, training, and recognition programs.
- Lead recruiting and hiring practices to build a high-level workforce.
- Monitor employee performance, manage training and development initiatives, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Manage and update the HRIS system to streamline administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Legal, or related field.
- 5-7 years of HR Management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Training, or Development roles.
- Preferred experience in HR roles within services or sales departments in an international setting.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Solid knowledge of employment law, compensation, and employee relations.
- Proficient in KPI interpretation and budgeting.
- Experience with HR ERP systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and cross-functionally.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, verbalize ideas, and motivate staff.
