**Sales Manager - 6-Month Contract (with Possibility of Extension)**

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and mentor a talented sales team, driving performance and growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales goals and quotas.
- Provide accurate forecasting and represent the sales department at leadership meetings.
- Identify process improvements and streamline operations for maximum efficiency.
- Foster team cohesion and healthy competition to achieve revenue and margin goals.
- Act as the key liaison between office and sales staff, ensuring seamless communication.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven track record** in sales management with 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically—seeing the big picture while managing the details.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Expertise in sales strategy, CRM platforms, and MS Office.
- Growth-minded professional with significant achievements in B2B and B2C sales.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
