**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain process, oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in our Supply Chain sector from procurement to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization, develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives
- Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
- Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
- Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards
- Plan the re-organization of operations
- Supervise staff
- Provide customer service
- Train staff
- Oversee development of communication strategies
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions
- Utilize project management tools to track project progress

Job location in concord, Ontario. Frequent or constant travel may be required from the employee.

Minimum Bachelor's degree, and have 2-3 plus years of Project Management experience with a proven track record of success.
