**A Day in The Life**
As a Service Technician at Grill Hero Ottawa, you’ll take on a role that combines technical expertise with sales responsibilities. You’ll perform cleaning and repair services with an emphasis on quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure compliance with operational standards will play a key role in your success. This position offers opportunities to work independently, lead by example, foster a culture of growth, and make a lasting impact.

**Duties**
- Perform cleaning, repair, and touch-up services for barbecues, ovens, and related equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations, resolving problems, and building trust.
- Identifying opportunities to sell additional services, and rebook clients for future appointments.
- Work closely with Lead Service Technicians to learn technical skills, sales techniques and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Follow all company guidelines, safety procedures, and service protocols.
- Manage tools, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness and functionality.

**Qualifications**
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Valid Canadian Drivers license
- Clean driver abstract
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sales with a willingness to sell services and drive rebookings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to follow core processes & policies
- 100% team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.50-$30.00 per hour
