**WORK ILLUSTRATION**:
The incumbent is expected to behave ethically and follow the established code of business conduct, policies and internal control procedures, laws and regulations governing Toronto Hydro.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Communicating and resolving reporting issues with business units and management.
- Coordinating, informing and following-up with internal business unit leaders of upcoming regulatory reporting submissions requirements and deadlines.
- Systematically checking through each element of work completed to ensure it is correct; keeping records and documentation up to date, following-up on activities, processes and reporting procedures.
- Performing data management including checking data for accuracy and completeness, scoring data, entering data and data cleaning.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking analysis on the performance results of regulatory reporting; highlighting significant trends and interpreting the changes.
- Performing quality control checks on reports and submission documentation for consistency with submission standards, regulatory requirements, and company’s business procedures.
- Liaising with other business units to resolve issues related to information for regulatory submissions.
- Maintaining reports and databases required by department for use in financial reporting and for internal/external agencies

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- One (1) to three (3) years of office coordination or data analytics experience. Relevant utility experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional computer skills and track record of using advanced MS Office Suite capabilities (particularly, Word, Excel and Project) in a business setting.
- Knowledge of Tableau, SharePoint and MS Visio are also an asset.
- Project management course or certificate is an asset.
- Experience planning and coordinating complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of regulatory environment, electricity industry, and customer care and billing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Toronto Hydro has introduced a Hybrid Work Arrangement. This position allows for remote work up to three days per week, based on business needs. Employees will be required to come onsite on those days when they are involved in activities that they or their leader feel are better conducted in person. You are expected to live in Ontario and within reasonable commuting distance of the office. #LI-Hybrid
