- SUMMARY

To ensure the provision of timely and accurate financial data for the Finance Director and to support the Director and Senior Financial Analyst in the provision of financial information to internal and external clients.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Provides timely and accurate financial data for the Finance Director and Senior Financial Analyst
- 2. Manages Operating and Maintenance budget, and General and Administration budget, Mandatory Equipment charges and project costs
- 3. Oversees and verifies Operations and Maintenance and project information entered into the financial systems
- 4. Organizes, updates and maintains records management
- 5. responds to budget and forecasting enquiries
- 6. analyses financial data and prepares reports on Accounts receivable and payables
- 7. processing and creating journal vouchers for O&M and projects
- 8. Reconciliation of all bank accounts
- 9. collects and prepares information to be used in the annual operating budgets
- 10. prepares month end accounts, General ledger reconciliations and year end working papers
- 11. Verifies and updates all monthly accruals and energy reports
- 12. conducts special projects and analyses as assigned
- 13. exchanges information to Internal and external clients provides direction on accounting procedures
- 14. provides training to internal and external clients on account coding, fund accounting and policies and procedures
- 15. resolves non - generic policy issues
- 16. recommends changes or enhancements to database integrity for Corporate systems

**EDUCATION, JOB-RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**

MINIMUM EDUCATION JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE- Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET) X**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**

- 1. Post secondary training in Financial analysis and computer systems/software relevant to the role- 2. Strong analytical skills- 3. Strong customer relation skills- 4. Ability to lead and be a team player- 5. Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail- 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills- 7. Advanced knowledge of excel and at minimum intermediate level of access**LICENSES AND/OR PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION**

1. Accounting or Financial Management Diploma2. Must meet site and/or position specific security clearance requirements imposed by the client for an assigned location and/or region**SUPERVISION/DIRECTION EXERCISED**

1. The position is not responsible for providing direct supervision.**PHYSICAL ASSETS/INFORMATION MANAGEMENT**

1. Operate and maintain equipment and use of tools in alignment with CBRE/AFSI and/or any other applicable Policies and procedures- 2. All applicable IT assets to be used in alignment with CBRE/AFSI and/or any other applicable Policies and procedures**FINANCIAL RESOURCES**
