**Bridgwater Veterinary Hospital & Wellness Centre is a 24-hour emergency and wellness facility commited to providing exception veterinary care and client service. We are currently seeking a full-time Client Care Representative to join our overnight team on a 4-on / 4-off rotation.**

**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and empathy
- Support patient flow and coordinate emergency cases with the medical team
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth overnight operations

**Qualifications**
- Previous customer service experience required (experience in a veterinary or medical setting considered an asset)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
- Comfortable working overnight shifts on a 4-on / 4-off rotation
- Team-oriented with a high level of reliability and professionalism

**Compensation & Benefits**
