Client Service Representative

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in a relaxed, family-oriented environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be important in maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism.
- Perform administrative tasks on an account trading system to execute trades and maintain account information. Training will be provided.
- Maintain organized office files and records for easy retrieval.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Provide administrative support to team members as required.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in clerical work and administrative tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a financial office setting is preferred but not required. Compensation may increase based on relevant past experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
