**MISSION**:
We are looking for a Communication Coordinator to assist our marketing team in the creation and execution of our content strategy. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual with a creative mind, who has strong copywriting and communication skills and thrives in a creative environment.

You will be responsible for creating and doing the layout of our company's newsletter, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand's voice. You will also be making designs on Canva to support our marketing initiatives, you will be organizing and maintaining a well-structured content calendar, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely and relevant content delivery. You will help to publish on different social media platforms, while analyzing content performance through data and metrics, reporting on engagement, and suggesting improvements.

Being an athlete or having a strong link with the endurance sports community is a plus for understanding our universe and carrying out marketing campaigns.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create our newsletter campaigns
- Create multiple designs on Canvas
- Organize and maintain the content calendar
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize social media content
- Collaborate on writing our official communications
- Translate content between French, English (Spanish a plus)
- Update our blog articles and product pages
- Build a content database around nutritional content
- Produce weekly social media reporting
- Benchmark our competitors content, organic and paid
- Benchmark social media trends to identify trends and best practices

**SKILLS**:

- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, in communications or in social media
- Being an athlete or having a deep understanding of the endurance sports community and sports nutrition is a must
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Spanish is an asset

**CONDITIONS**:

- Starting date: January 2025
- Length: 6-12 months
