**Position Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Health Records Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in our health information system migration project. This position will involve significant autonomy in managing various aspects of the project, particularly focusing on the Med2020 interface testing and data integration.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the testing phases of the Med2020 interface to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems. Your expertise will be vital in identifying, documenting, and resolving any issues that arise during testing, ensuring that all data flows accurately and efficiently between systems.
Additionally, you will assist with various Health Information Management (HIM) projects, providing administrative support that includes project planning, scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and preparing reports for stakeholders. Your ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively with team members and external partners will be essential for the project's success.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all data integration efforts align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Your analytical skills will be utilized to evaluate data processes and recommend improvements, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement in our health information systems.

**Required**
- Professional diploma/degree in Health Information Management, data analysis, project management or information technology.
- Proven Project Management experience in high quality and on time deliverables.
- Knowledge and experience with Med2020.
- Demonstrated experience in change management.
- Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.
- Other duties assigned.

**Duties**
- Work with third-party vendors and Quinte’s team to conduct interface testing and ensure successful data migration between systems.
- Work with third-party vendors and Quinte Health’s Privacy officer to ensure completion of the privacy impact assessments and threat risk assessments and ensure follow-up on any areas of concern within Quinte Health's privacy policies.
- Attend regional and local meetings.
- Develop a detailed project schedule, resource plan, and status reports, managing task assignments to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Define goals and track progress towards those goals for change management, data migration tasks, implementation and training.
- Review project deliverables on a weekly basis via status for accuracy and apprise management of risks, and issues and recommend mitigations
- Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end user and vendors.
- Facilitate the review of current processes to determine opportunities for change and improvement including:

- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis
- Scanning and Barcoding
- HIM-related process design.
- Other processes as identified.
- Support the creation of test scripts. (these will be developed by a third-party vendor with Quinte Health)
- Support the organization in meeting reporting needs.
- Support the development of organization-specific training materials.
- Support the development of business rules in the use of the new system.
- Post-transition follow-up.
