**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with all available resources (including manpower, equipment and materials) of the company to determine specifications of work and deliverables for various construction projects;
- Organize and manage construction schedule and activities, and provide specific direction over the related contractors, subcontractors and subordinate staff;
- Propose and verify the budget estimates and manage costs associated with each construction project of the company;
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and external vendors to reach profitable agreements;
- Monitor the progress of construction projects (including an issuance of progress updates) and ensure the work is done in compliance with all the applicable building and safety codes
- Direct the procurement and acquisition of the relevant construction materials;
- Develop and implement quality control measures for the entire project;
- Coordinate efforts across the entire project between architects, designers, engineers or any other related workers.

**Qualifications**:

- University’s degree in civil engineering, building construction, construction management or architecture is required;
- 3-5 years of experience within the construction industry, including experience as a construction supervisor for a minimum of 1 year;
- A demonstrated knowledge of with construction, engineering and architecture principles;
- A proven experience of an architectural cost engineer, quantity surveyor or any other construction related position is preferred;
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate and control costs;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- A strong leadership and management skills.
