**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and maintenance tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic environment.

**Duties**
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Perform landscape install activities including planting, laying pavers, and mulching.
- Forming and pouring concrete sidewalks, curbs and small walls and slabs.
- Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls, topsoil and sod.
- Hand dig trenches as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
- A passion for gardening and outdoor work is highly valued.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
