Job Overview:
As a Call Center Agent / Data Entry specialist for our design firm, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurately entering data related to client projects and inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enter client project details, specifications, and updates accurately into the company's database system.
- Verify the accuracy of data entered and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including notes on inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.20-$26.15 per hour
