**Position Information**:
The Lead, Complex Malignant Hematology (CMH) Program plays a crucial role in the organization by supervising various aspects of the CMH Program. The key responsibilities of the position include ensuring adequate staffing and training for the CMH team, supervising the Quality Management Programs for CMH, overseeing the CMH Quality and Data Programs, and leading the administrative aspects of the CMH coordination unit. Through these responsibilities, the Team Lead ensures the smooth operation and success of the CMH Program within the organization, the adherence to strict regulatory, contractual, and quality management requirements, and the maximization of revenues through diligent data reporting and invoice reconciliation processes.
**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.
**What you will bring**:
- A Master's Degree in Pharmacology, Immunology, Cellular Biology or relevant field;
- Three (3) years of relevant experience;
- Two (2) years of experience in leading a team;
- In-depth knowledge of stem cells, transplantation techniques, and associated risks;
- Knowledge of stem cell transplantation procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines;
- Familiarity with Health Canada regulations specific to stem cell therapies, including understanding reporting requirements, adverse event monitoring, and compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) guidelines;
- Proficiency in clinical research methodologies and clinical trial management, including understanding protocols, patient recruitment, informed consent, and data collection;
- Expertise in data management;
- Knowledge of accreditation standards (such as those from the Joint Commission or FACT) is necessary for maintaining quality in stem cell transplantation programs;
- Understanding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) ensures compliance with industry standards.

- Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial databases.
