**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Integration Support Specialist** to join our team and support the **VP of Client Integrations** in managing client onboarding, technical workflows, and service implementation. This **entry-level, full-time, in-office** role offers growth opportunities in a collaborative and technology-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **client onboarding and technical integrations**, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Act as a **liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors** to manage setup and support.
- **Monitor service performance**, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate technical concerns as needed.
- Maintain accurate **documentation for integration workflows, processes, and configurations**.
- Provide **reports and insights** on system performance and client interactions.
- Assist in **process improvements and workflow optimizations** to enhance service efficiency.
- Support internal teams with **project coordination, testing, and quality assurance**.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, IT, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **0-2 years** of experience in client support, technical coordination, or operations.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of **technical integrations, APIs, or media distribution workflows** is an asset.
- Strong **communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to **multitask in a fast-paced environment** with shifting priorities.
- Comfortable **coordinating between multiple teams** and working with clients.
- Must be available to work **on-site at the office** (not a remote position).

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with broadcasting protocols such as MPEG-TS, HLS, and SRT.
- Experience with broadcasting equipment (e.g., encoders, decoders, routers).
- Knowledge of content delivery networks (CDNs) or streaming platforms.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for network and signal flow issues.
