AECOM GTA is currently seeking an Interface and Integration Management Specialist to join our Systems Engineering and Systems Assurance Team in Ontario to work with multidisciplinary teams delivering an existing and future portfolio of projects.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Experience with interface and integration management on Railway Projects
- Experience coordination with internal and external parties to identify and mange interfaces
- Experience in preparing and maintain Interface Control Documents, Interface Matrices and the Interface Register.
- Experience in deriving requirements associated with Interface and Integration activities.
- Experience working with Requirement Management tools such as DOORS NG or ComplyPro.
- Able to demonstrate ability and experience in formulating and implementing System Engineering plans and processes and ensuring that project teams operate in accordance with those plans and processes.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Prepare, review, and maintain the Interface Management and Integration Management plans
- Contribute to the Requirements Managements Plan, V&V Management Plan, System Quality Assurance Plan, Configuration Management Plan, etc, as it relates to Interface and Integration input.
- Perform requirements analysis and identify gaps, redundancies, and contradictions in interface and integration requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of interfaces and interface issues.
- Prepare weekly or monthly status and engineering reports to Customer.
**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering + 6 years experience performing Systems Engineering activities in Railway projects.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- At least 10 years of experience working in Railway Projects.
