As a Real Estate Agent at The Realty Firm, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy and sell properties. You will provide expert guidance, build lasting relationships, and ensure a seamless transaction process for your clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property evaluations and market analyses to determine the best listing price.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction.
- Develop and maintain a network of clients, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and conduct property tours.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Stay informed about real estate financing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Utilize digital and traditional marketing strategies to promote listings.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.

Qualifications:

- Ontario Real Estate License or enrollment in Humber College program (required)
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to professionalism
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of real estate software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

**Salary**: $1.00-$300,000.00 per year
