**Responsibilities**:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at GGG Marketing, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts for various clients, engaging with the community, and fostering connections with clients' audiences across multiple social media platforms. Key tasks include outreaching to relevant individuals, promptly addressing direct messages, and managing incoming calls. Additionally, you will play a vital role in organizing small-scale influencer campaigns with partner companies, amplifying GGG's market reach.
Moreover, impeccable organizational skills are essential for efficiently managing multiple tasks and maximizing productivity. Your problem-solving abilities will be crucial in overcoming challenges, particularly when dealing with unresponsive influencers, as you will be required to devise effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- A positive and proactive customer service attitude with a proven ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Demonstrated proficiency in professional writing, ensuring error-free and polished communication.
