In this position, you will perform a variety of high-precision assembly tasks using assembly procedures, mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams.

As Precision Assembler, you must be able to
- Wiring, soldering and assembling various components for mechanical, electronic or electrical systems.
- Repair or update units and products.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Communicate irregularities in assembly procedures, mechanical parts, electrical continuity and quality to the production team leader.
- Use precision tools and measuring devices to perform assembly activities.
- Follow verbal and written instructions such as detailed plans, schematics, procedures and assembly sketches when performing various assembly and sub-assembly tasks.
- All other tasks related to production.
What makes you an asset to our team
- Secondary school diploma (D.E.S.) or related Diploma of Vocational Studies (D.E.P.) or a certificate in electronic assembly. (Asset).
- Experience in electronic assembly (a considerable asset).
- Experience working in a LEAN production environment (asset).
- Meticulousness, precision and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work with a microscope.
- Ability to solder with lead-free tin (e.g. micro-coaxial wire, electronic components -SMT)(asset).
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Customer-oriented.
- Autonomous.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Available on occasion to work overtime.
