Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to oversee the assembly of industrial equipment and manage the workflow in assembly and painting cells. Responsibilities Performs assembly of industrial equipment sensitive rotating assemblies Execute work orders and ensure smooth flow of work in progress Perform equipment and tools maintenance for the assembly and painting cells. Create/maintain work instructions for assembly and painting cell Quality inspection of completed WOs Perform testing for assembled packages on as needed basis Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area and follows all safety rules and procedures Maintaining consumables stock level for smooth operation Skills / Requirements Strong mechanical skills Professional studies diploma (Mechanical, Pneumatics, PLC, Hydraulics, technical school or other relevant experience) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, bills of material and quality control documents. Understand mechanical tolerances and precision mechanical devices. Demonstrated capability to lead change and implement continuous improvement. Effective interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead, train and motivate teams. Aperçu du poste Nous recherchons un Technicien d'Assemblage qualifié pour faire l'assemblage d'équipements industriels et gérer le flux de travail dans les cellules d'assemblage et de peinture. Responsabilités Réaliser l'assemblage d'équipements industriels, y compris des ensembles rotatifs sensibles. Exécuter les ordres de travail et garantir un flux de travail fluide. Superviser les activités d'assemblage et de peinture/finition. Effectuer l'entretien des équipements et outils des cellules d'assemblage et de peinture. Créer et mettre à jour les instructions de travail pour les cellules d'assemblage et de peinture. Inspecter la qualité des ordres de travail terminés. Effectuer des tests sur les ensembles assemblés si nécessaire. Maintenir un espace de travail propre, ordonné et sûr, en respectant toutes les règles et procédures de sécurité. Maintenir les niveaux de stock de consommables pour assurer une opération fluide. Gérer les ressources et contribuer aux évaluations de performance des employés. Compétences et exigences Solides compétences mécaniques. Diplôme d'études professionnelles (mécanique, pneumatique, PLC, hydraulique, école technique ou expérience pertinente). Capacité à lire et interpréter les dessins techniques, spécifications, instructions d'assemblage, listes de matériaux et documents de contrôle qualité. Compréhension des tolérances mécaniques et des dispositifs mécaniques de précision. Aptitude démontrée à diriger le changement et à mettre en œuvre des améliorations continues. Compétences interpersonnelles, de leadership et de communication efficaces, avec la capacité de diriger, former et motiver des équipes. Compétences intermédiaires en MS Office.
