**What to expect**:
As Client Services Advisor, you are responsible for the efficient and professional operation of client activities, including certification support. This position will report to the Manager, Client Success Team and will work out of CWB Office in Laval, Quebec.
This includes:
- Process CWB Certification documents (forms, file opening, file closure) and Welder Qualification sessions for Eastern Territory clients
- Course registration processing - includes transfers, cancellations and online course extensions
- Exam appointment bookings and preparation (in office and offsite)
- Invoice payment processing
- Other duties as assigned
In this position, you will report to the Manager, Client Success and will be working from CWB Laval Office in Quebec and partially remotely from your home office in Quebec.
**What you bring to the table**:
- Bilingualism in English & French language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a number of individuals
- Work experience in Call Centre environment
- Certificate in Business Administration
- General Office Administration experience essential in corporate/professional environment
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Have the ability to display initiative, possess high-level organizational and customer service skills
- Travel might be required from time to time
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating environment
**The following qualifications are considered assets**:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant degree or
- Equivalent work experience.
