**Job Summary**

This is a full-time office/yard position with 50% administrative/data entry duties and 50% outdoor receiving/unloading duties.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Receiving and verifying incoming materials and entering them into an internal data system.

Communicating with customers, drivers, and internal personnel.

Working cohesively with the shipping/receiving team.

Creating receiving documents.

Verifying status and tracking of materials in the yard and production areas.

Working relationship with the company CSR manager

**Qualifications and Skills**

Pay attention to the finest of details.

Have exceptional problem solving and investigative skills.

Have exceptional multi-tasking abilities.

Have an exemplary memory and recall abilities.

Have a typing speed of at least 50 WPM with better than average computer skills.

Must be familiar with internal receiving programs and be able to enter data quickly and accurately.

Must have stellar communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to work with both the internal and external customers in a direct and professional manner at all times.

Must feel comfortable in both an office and industrial environment.

Must be comfortable in a high volume, fast paced, often hectic environment, while also be able to adjust and keep busy during less busy days.

Must have **excellent command of the English language**both verbal and written.

Prior steel industry, high volume receiving experience will be considered an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
