You will support our retail clients in product training, merchandising, sell through program execution and customer service. Executed to our Company’s standards to achieve stated sales goals.

Responsabilities:

- Cultivate, improve, and maintain harmonious relationships with our clientele.
- Proactively address and resolve issues and concerns of clients by taking appropriate measures.
- Present to clients and/or potential clients how our products and services can optimize their costs and boost their business.
- Provide customized training based on the specific needs of each client.
- Adapt agilely to changes in client needs and the dynamic conditions of the market.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and carry out other administrative tasks with precision.
- Foster the ongoing development of our existing clientele: organize meetings with buyers and management, conduct store visits, implement merchandising actions, provide training, and ensure rigorous follow-up (reports and analyses).

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills.
- Able to adapt to changes and work on adaptable schedules.
- Exhibits initiative, self-direction and develops relationships easily.
- Strong Sense of urgency.
