**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Schedule appointments
- Support and coordinating client check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle direct billing with insurance companies
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure client information is up-to-date.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation and communication
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic to create a welcoming environment.
- Manage laundry such as sheets and towels for the clinic

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a massage/physio, or dental clinic
- Prior experience using Jane App is preferred.
- Proficiency in phone systems and customer support practices is essential.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and general office procedures is beneficial.
