**About us**

We are a dynamic and fast growing design company that thrives on innovation, creativity, and community engagement. We are looking for a passionate, results driven, and creative Social Media and Content Provider to join our in-house team. You will play a key role in building our brand presence online and creating content that resonates with our audience.

As an In-House Social Media and Content Provider, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing content across various social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain an engaging online presence that supports our brand identity and drives customer interaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule content, including posts, images, and videos, tailored to each platform and audience.
- Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Analize social media metrics to track performance, and adjust strategies as needed for maximum engagement and growth.
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication of content.
- Create and maintain a consistent voice and visual style across all channels that aligns with our brand.
- Assist with copywriting for blog post, newsletters, and website content as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tolls, and best practices.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and produce compelling content that engage and grows a community.
- Strong understanding of analytics and social media performance metrics.
- A passion for staying on top of social media trends and content innovations.
- Self motivate and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Optional**:Experience with paid social media advertising or influencer marketing.

**Preferred Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in social media marketing or related field.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
