**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. You will assist customers in finding the right products, handling transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns.
- Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products, including technology sales, to educate customers effectively.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store layout.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for technology sales is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
