**Responsibilities**:

- Building Cleaning:_
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in accordance with established protocols.
- Clean and sanitize common areas to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies, ensuring their availability and proper usage.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, exceeding client expectations.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and materials.
- Post-Construction/ Turnover Suite Cleaning:_
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces in the suite, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
- Remove construction debris, dust, and dirt left behind by construction crews.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures, countertops, and appliances.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including baseboards, window sills, and light fixtures.
- Dispose of trash and debris in accordance with company policies.
- Inspect and report any maintenance or repair needs in the suite.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Please note: This role is **physically demanding and hands-on**. From tackling stove and fridge makeovers to illuminating light fixtures and maintaining welcoming lobbies, you'll be at the forefront of our transformation efforts. Training as well as a detailed cleaning list will be provided. All supplies and tools needed to complete each job will be provided.
