**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in offices, restrooms, hallways, and other facilities as required.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks effectively.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for maintenance purposes is advantageous.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning standards are met consistently
- **Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning (preferred)
- Have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Have own cleaning supplies
- Ability to operate cleaning equipments (mop,vacuum,etc)
- Knowledge and use of cleaning products and techniques
- Ability to follow instructions, and cleaning checklist
- Ability to stand,bend,and kneel for extended periods
- Comfortable working In various home environments
- Punctual,and responsible
- Honest and trustworthy with strong work ethics
- Ability to pass a background check.
