- less attitude of speaking to existing customers and generating new business through existing networks and centers of influence. Be able to provide outstanding customer service and results.

**Requirements**:

- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Self -motivated and detailed oriented.
- Proactive in solving problems.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and works well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills-written, verbal and listening.
- Property and Casualty license preferred/must be able to obtain.

**Experience**:

- OTL & LLQP (preferred/must be able to obtain).
- RIBO license would need to converted.
- Preference would be at least 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
- Languages an asset: Cantonese,Mandarin, Arabic, Polish, Perisan, Italian an asset with our clients. Any language since we have a diversified client base.
