**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and reporting.
- Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or delays that may arise.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clarity of objectives.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and estimates while managing costs effectively.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for effective project execution.
- Experience in budgeting and construction estimating to maintain financial control over projects.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership and motivation.
- Knowledge of quality control processes to uphold construction standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges promptly and effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in the construction industry to ensure a safe working environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
