QM LP is looking for a **Project Administrator** to join our dynamic team In this role, you’ll be the backbone of project organization and financial tracking, working alongside experienced professionals to ensure seamless execution across multiple projects and divisions. **What You will Do**:
**Project Management Support**
- Assist in project setup, tracking, reporting, and closure.
- Ensure accurate data collection for budgets, costs, and forecasts.
- Support multiple Project Managers in tracking financials and priorities.
- Manage client billing, cost analysis, and monthly accruals.
- Attend project meetings and ensure contract requirements are met.
**Accounting & Financial Tasks**
- Maintain accurate project estimates and issue purchase orders.
- Resolve invoice, receipt, and purchase order discrepancies.
- Process customer invoices and assist with collections.
- Provide analysis on job costs, revenues, and project financials.
**Administrative Duties**
- Manage document control and project-related paperwork.
- Assist with travel logistics and general administrative tasks.
- Generate reports and support the team as needed.
**Health & Safety**
- Follow and promote the company’s Health and Safety Program.

**What you bring to the table**:
**Education**
- Post-secondary graduate in business administration, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
**Experience & Knowledge**
- 2+ years in an administrative role, with general office administration and data entry experience.
- Experience in project accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Exposure to the construction industry or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with accounting software.
**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
