Cion is a Building Science/multi-disciplined Engineering firm. Cion’s primary goal is to provide technical services to meet the needs of the property and facility management industry. Cion’s core staff comprises a blend of, engineering, architectural and information management experts specializing in the inspection and evaluation of buildings and building information including; rehabilitation design engineering, building envelope investigations, reserve fund studies, building condition assessments, performance audits, structural assessments and drawing and document management services/software.

We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our team. As a Project Administrator, you will be involved in, building condition assessments, performance audits, reserve fund studies, Field Review and various investigations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assists in all communication with project stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and clients
- Distributes and coordinates project deliverables and schedules for all project stages
- Leads project document control and exchange process, liaising with internal and external team members
- Logs, distributes and maintains a schedule for milestone documentation, Shop Drawings, RFIs, Certificates of Payments etc.
- Attends internal project meetings; takes and distributes minutes and follows up on important action items
- Works with Project Manager to correctly process closeout documents
- Utilizes advanced software skills to produce reports, documents and minutes of meetings and other administrative duties

**Required Skills**:

- Related post-secondary education in Architecture or Engineering is an asset
- Basic experience with Revit is an asset
- Possess interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Demonstrable understanding of architectural and engineering consulting industry is an asset

Required Experience
- 2-5 years of project work experience
