**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and meats.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Working the line, cold apps, salads and the fryer
- Ensure food is stored properly and at the correct temperature.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Prioritize safety and rigorously follow sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow kitchen staff to ensure the kitchen's efficient operation.
- Skillfully plating dishes to perfection, ensuring they are visually stunning and ready for service.
- Responsibly handling the washing of utensils and dishes, keeping our kitchen clean and organized.
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
**What We're Looking For**:
- While previous Restaurant or food service experience is a plus
- Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge.
- Demonstrate precision in executing recipes.
- Shine with exceptional attention to detail and adept multitasking abilities in a bustling kitchen.
- Show off outstanding communication skills and a flair for teamwork.
