We're growing We are looking for an EXPERIENCED bartender server to work casually and on-call from Monday - Sunday. You must currently be living in HRM, Nova Scotia.

Our Craft Bartenders are specialists behind the bar With your extensive in-house training and knowledge of all the local Atlantic Canadian breweries, wineries, cideries and distilleries, you will assess customers’ needs and preferences and make beverage recommendations. You are the face and personality of the bar.
**Responsibilities**:
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Interact with customers, take orders and sell snacks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for patrons
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- General cleaning duties of tables, floors and bathrooms
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
- Be 19 years of age or older
- Proven experience as a bartender **(2 years min. at a bar)**:
- Have an appreciation for craft beer and other local alcoholic beverages
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 9 hours)
- Able to have fun and make every guest want to return
**Job Type**: Casual / Part-time
**Salary**: From $15.70 per hour plus tips
